Schedule a training session and invite employees
Go to the Schedule/Record Training button in the Branchworks Control Center.
Schedule Future Training is selected by default.
This screen will allow you to schedule a training.
· Name the Training Session
· Set the Session Date, Time, and Location
· You have the option to add a Meeting Room
· Select the facilitator from the dropdown menu.
· Enter the names of the employees to invite to the training. You can do this by adding individuals one by one.
· To speed up this process, you can also enter Roles relevant to this training, and press the Recommend Employees button under the Employees field. This will allow you to filter employees in this role by Location and Department, and then automatically add the resulting list.
· Add the Training Topics and Policies that will be covered in this training
· Add Notes if relevant
