Summary

Use training materials and policy documents during a training

Conduct Training allows a facilitator to use presentation materials and verify trainings live.

Go to Schedule/Record Training button in the ControlCenter and select the Conduct Training option.

This will take you to a list of scheduled trainings. Click on the blue Conduct button on the right of the training you wish to conduct.

Now the training is underway.

The black Copy All Invited button will fill the Employees Present field. Make sure to accurately list the employees attending this training, as this information will be recorded.

You can add additional employees to this field or press the small x to the left of an employee’s name to remove the name of anyone who is absent.


Training materials

If a training has presentation materials already uploaded, you can access these on the right of the screen.

Click the black folder icon to the right of the topic name to reveal relevant materials.

And click on the link to materials you’d like to use.

Similarly, you can click on the icon to the right of a policy name to open that policy pdf.

Once you’ve covered a topic or policy, check the box to its left

Once you complete the session, click on the blue Finish Training button.

If you want employees to sign documents on their own devices, check the Notify Employees button.

You will not be able to finish training until all topic and policy boxes are checked. The Abandon Training button will allow you to exit.

Once you finish training, you will arrive at a screen that will allow you to verify the training, based on the method of verification you chose when setting up Training Topics.
